Age, Dementia, and Disability in Cultural Scripts

Grounded in critical cultural analysis, my scholarship examines cultural constructions of aging and narratives of dementia across theatre, performance, and film. My publications illuminate how contemporary literature, visual culture, and media challenge ageist narratives, expand cultural scripts of aging, and offer embodied understandings of dementia.
